• Account data: name, email, password hash.
• Usage: campaigns you create, send counts, templates you prefer.
• Billing: name and IBAN via bank transfer receipt.
• Cookies: within your preferences (see Cookie Policy).

2. How do we use the data?

• To provide the service (email dispatch, campaign records).
• For your account security (sessions, abuse detection).
• With your consent: personalised offers and reminders.

3. Do we share your data?

No - we do not sell to third parties. We share only within a limited scope for our legal obligations (court order, tax audit) or with infrastructure providers essential to the service (Vercel, Supabase, AWS SES).

4. Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)

• You may request access to your data.
• You have the rights to rectification, erasure, and portability.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Retention period

Retained while your account is active. When you close the account, everything is deleted except data required by legal obligations (billing, audit).
